A Novel Thiosemicarbazide-Based Fluorescent Chemosensor for Hypochlorite in Near-Perfect Aqueous Solution and Zebrafish

نویسندگان

چکیده

A novel thiosemicarbazide-based fluorescent sensor (AFC) was developed. It successfully applied to detect hypochlorite (ClO−) with fluorescence quenching in bis-tris buffer. The limit of detection AFC for ClO− analyzed be 58.7 μM. Importantly, could employed as an efficient and practical water sample zebrafish. Moreover, showed a marked selectivity over varied competitive analytes reactive oxygen species. process illustrated by UV–visible spectroscopy electrospray ionization–mass spectrometry (ESI–MS).

A highly sensitive and selective fluorescent chemosensor for Pb2+ ions in an aqueous solution.

A new fluorescent sensor based on the BODIPY fluorophore and the polyamide receptor for Pb(2+) was designed and synthesized. The sensor is highly selective for Pb(2+) over relevant competing metal ions, and sensitive to ppb levels of Pb(2+). It features the most sensitive probe to date for Pb(2+) ions in water.

A near-infrared and ratiometric fluorescent chemosensor for palladium.

A near-infrared chemosensor for palladium based on the Tsuji-Trost reaction was developed. It displayed specific and ratiometric fluorescent responses toward palladium with a distinct color change from green to blue in aqueous media. PEG400 was employed as the reducing agent and palladium ligand instead of water-insoluble triphenylphosphine. The chemosensor's bioimaging potential was demonstrat...

Dianthracene-cyclen conjugate: the first equal-equivalent responding fluorescent chemosensor for Pb2+ in aqueous solution.

A dianthracene-cyclen conjugate was synthesized via 'click' chemistry, which could serve as an equal-equivalent responding chemosensor for Pb(2+) in aqueous solution. Moreover, it could be successfully applied in the detection of Pb(2+) in living cells and fetal calf serum.

A peptide-based fluorescent chemosensor for measuring cadmium ions in aqueous solutions and live cells.

A novel peptide fluorescent chemosensor (H2L) with a lysine backbone and both -NH2 sites conjugated with cysteine and dansyl groups has been designed and synthesized by solid phase peptide synthesis with Fmoc chemistry. This chemosensor is a promising analytical tool for detecting Cd(2+) based on the photo-induced electron transfer (PET) effect by turn-on response in 100% aqueous solutions. As ...

A Ratiometric Tetrazolylpyridine-Based “Turn-On” Fluorescent Chemosensor for Zinc(II) Ion in Aqueous Media

Zinc, an essential trace element, is the second most abundant metal in the human body that plays a vital role in numerous biological processes, such as peptide synthesis, DNA synthesis, RNA transcription, metabolism of cells, metalloenzyme regulation, and neurophysiology, and it also induces the formation of b-amyloid, which is related to neurological function. More than 100 enzymes, such as pe...
